Shipping

All orders to the USA over $150 will be eligible for free shipping. All orders less than $150 will be charged $4.99.

For international orders, we charge a flat rate $13.99 to the rest of the world.

International shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information in the cart. Simply add items to your cart and then update the total cost for shipping based on your country. We will ship your order within two (2) business days after receiving the order and payment.

If your package is seized by customs you must provide Flexx Labs with the seizure notice within 60 days of the original purchase date. Once the notice is provided we will reship the product(s) one time at no additional cost. If the product does not make it through customs the second time no refund will be issued. If the customer does not wish for the product to be reshipped they will be eligible for the refund noted in our International Shipping Policy.

PLEASE NOTE: Flexx Labs recommends that you be aware of the rules and regulations regarding customs in your country. International shipments that are subject to customs duties upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving party. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes or fees acquired through customs upon entrance.
